NBA: Los Angeles Lakers 114, Detroit 99

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Jordan Hill scored 24 points and hauled down 17 rebounds Sunday in the Los Angeles Lakers' 114-99 victory over Detroit.

Hill went 11-of-16 from the field and Steve Blake handed out 16 assists for the Lakers, who posted just their second win in six games.

Jodie Meeks canned four 3-pointers en route to 19 points, an output Nick Young matched for Los Angeles.

The Pistons fell for the fifth time in six games despite 23 points and 14 assists from Brandon Jennings.

Andre Drummond contributed 14 points and 13 rebounds for Detroit.
