NBA: Brooklyn 104, Utah 88

NEW YORK, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Brook Lopez scored 27 points and collected seven rebounds Tuesday, sparking the Brooklyn Nets over winless Utah 104-88.

Lopez connected on 10-of-13 shots from the floor in just 25 minutes of playing time as the Nets dominated under the basket.

Joe Johnson (12 points), Deron Williams, Paul Pierce and Andray Blatche (11 each) also reached double figures for Brooklyn, which was coming off a one-sided loss to Orlando Sunday.

The Jazz fell to 0-4 on the season despite 22 points from Gordon Hayward and 21 from Enes Kanter.
