Niklas Backstrom stopped 33-of-36 shots to earn the victory.

Bryan Bickell, Patrick Kane and Marcus Kruger each scored for Chicago, which lost at home in regulation for the first time in 15 games dating back to last season.

Corey Crawford made 20 saves for Chicago.
