Oct. 19, 2013 at 5:57 PM

OTTAWA, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored twice Saturday and the Edmonton Oilers snapped a five-game losing streak with a 3-1 win over Ottawa.

Jordan Eberle also found the net for Edmonton, which had gone 0-4-1 coming into the contest.

Devan Dubnyk stopped 35 shots for the Oilers, who posted their first road win of the season.

It wasn't all good news for Edmonton, however. Taylor Hall had to be helped off the ice with a knee injury after colliding with Senators defenseman Eric Gryba in the second period.

Chris Neil scored and Robin Lehner made 18 saves for Ottawa, which saw a two-game winning streak snapped.
