SUNRISE, Fla., Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Ben Scrivens, making his starting debut for the Kings, recorded a shutout Sunday, backstopping Los Angeles to a 3-0 win over Florida.

Scrivens, whose only appearance this season had been in a relief role Oct. 4 against Winnipeg, stopped all 20 Panthers shots in notching his third career shutout.

Justin Williams, Dan Carcillo and Jordan Nolan each found the net as the Kings reeled off a third straight win.

Jacob Markstrom turned aside 26-of-29 shots for Florida, which was coming off a 6-3 victory over Pittsburgh Friday.
