NFL: Tennessee 38, New York Jets 13

NASHVILLE, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Jake Locker connected for three touchdown passes before leaving with an injury Sunday in the Tennessee Titans' 38-13 win over the New York Jets.

Locker made good on 18-for-24 passes for 149 yards in the triumph, but was knocked out the game after taking a hard hit from New York's Muhammad Wilkerson early in the third quarter.

The Tennessee signal-caller was taken off the field on a cart.

Nate Washington made four receptions for 105 yards and two touchdowns, including a 77-yard scoring strike from backup Ryan Fitzpatrick, as the Titans (3-1) won a second straight game.

Geno Smith passed for 289 yards with a touchdown but surrendered two interceptions and lost a pair of fumbles for the Jets (2-2).
