MLB: Los Angeles Dodgers 11, Colorado 0

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- A three-run homer by Carl Crawford was one of the features of a 15-hit Los Angeles onslaught Friday that brought the Dodgers an 11-0 win over Colorado.

Clayton Kershaw warmed up for the playoffs and started the shutout with six innings, during which he gave up four hits, walked no one and struck out eight.

Kershaw (16-9) did not allow a run in either of his last two starts of the season.

Los Angeles got off to a quick start with four runs in the first, two of them coming on a double by Juan Uribe. Adrian Gonzalez added a solo homer in the third, Crawford's blast came in the fourth and A.J. Ellis added a two-run shot in the fifth.

Collin McHugh (0-4) allowed eight runs on nine hits in four innings to take the loss.
