CLEVELAND, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Cleveland Browns wide receiver Greg Little was cited early Monday morning for traffic offenses, authorities said, for the third time this year.

Little was pulled over as he drove through The Flats, a neighborhood of Cleveland. Police cited him for failure to stop at a stop sign, change of course and driving with a suspended license, officers said, adding his car was towed from the stop.

The incident comes after Little paid a $427 fine for speeding through the town of Strongsville, Ohio, with expired license plates, in August. In April he totaled his vehicle while drag racing at speeds as high as 127 mph, the Northeast Ohio Media Group reported.

Little apologized in August, saying he would try "to move forward and just learn from" the offenses.
