CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Ricardo Clark scored the game's only goal in the 53rd minute, hoisting the Houston Dynamo over Philadelphia 1-0.

Clark jumped up between two defenders and got a head on a long-range Brad Davis free kick, directing it into the net.

The Dynamo (11-10-7) moved past Philadelphia into the fourth place in the Eastern Conference with their first victory in six game.

The Union fell to 10-10-9.
