NEW YORK, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Daisuke Matsuzaka held Miami to two hits over seven innings Saturday and the New York Mets earned a doubleheader split with a 3-1 win over Miami.

Pedro Feliciano and Vic Black combined for a scoreless eighth and LaTroy Hawkins wrapped up the victory with his 10th save as the Mets rebounded after dropping Saturday's first game 3-0.

Daniel Murphy and Lucas Duda belted back-to-back solo homers in third for New York.

Jacob Turner (3-7) absorbed the loss, surrendering three runs on five hits over five innings.

Justin Ruggiano drove in Miami's run.
