MLB: Los Angeles Angels 12, Toronto 6

TORONTO, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Josh Hamilton provided four RBI and Mark Trumbo went 5-for-5 with five runs scored Tuesday in the Los Angeles Angels' 12-6 spanking of Toronto.

Hamilton finished 3-for-4 with a homer -- one of four clouted by Los Angeles -- while Trumbo chipped in with solo shot and added an RBI double as the Angels banged out 18 hits.

Chris Iannetta supplied a two-run blast and Erick Aybar also went deep in the victory.

Jerome Williams (7-10) earned the win despite allowing six runs on nine hits over five innings.

Blue Jays starter Mark Buerhle (11-8) was pounded for eight runs on 12 hits over just four innings.

Anthony Gose blasted a grand slam and Rajai Davis added a bases-empty homer for Toronto.
