NFL: Tampa Bay 17, Miami 16

MIAMI, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Mike Glennon hit David Douglas with a TD pass with 1:03 left to play Saturday and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat Miami 17-16 for their first pre-season win.

Josh Freeman was 6-for-16 passing for 59 yards for Tampa Bay and Brian Leonard gained rushed 10 times for 38 yards and a touchdown.


Ryan Tannehill was 17-for-27 for 150 yards and a touchdown and Brandon Gibson had five catches for 43 yards and a touchdown for the Dolphins, who are 1-3 in the pre-season.

Douglas scored the late touchdown after the Buccaneers recovered a Jonas Gray fumble at the Miami 25.
