Kershaw (13-7) didn't allow a run Saturday when the Dodgers beat the Philadelphia Phillies 5-0 and allowed five hits and three walks but no runs over eight innings against the Marlins.
Kershaw saw his major-league leading earned run average drop to 1.72. He's allowed just two runs -- one earned -- and 11 hits over his last three starts. He pitched eight innings in each of those games.
Kershaw also singled in a run in the Dodgers' fourth inning just ahead of a two-run double by Carl Crawford. Los Angeles added two more run in the fifth with A.J. Ellis and Skip Schumaker getting the RBI.
All those runs were charged to Miami starter Henderson Alvarez (3-2), who was pulled after five innings He allowed seven hits and walked two, leading to the 5-0 deficit.
The Dodgers got their final run in the seventh off the Yasiel Puig sacrifice fly.
