MIAMI, Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Miami Heat forward Udonis Haslem has applied for a license to marry the mother of the two sons they have together, Miami-Dade Clerk of Court records show.

Haslem, who applied for the marriage license Monday, has been engaged for about a year to Faith Rein, whom he met while attending the University of Florida, The Miami Herald reported.

Haslem's teammate, LeBron James, will also be getting married soon. James is marrying his longtime girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, in San Diego in September, the Herald said.
