MILWAUKEE, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Dan Haren and two relievers combined on a four-hit shutout Saturday, staking the Washington Nationals to a 3-0 victory over Milwaukee.
Haren (6-11) tamed the Brewers on four hits, walking two and striking out six over seven innings. The right-hander has posted a 2.40 ERA in five starts since coming off the disabled list.

Tyler Clippard threw a scoreless eighth and Rafael Soriano compiled his 28th save as Washington evened its three-game series.
Wilson Ramos and Adam LaRoche each pounded a bases-empty homer in the victory.
Milwaukee's Donovan Hand (0-3) took the loss, surrendering three runs on five hits over seven innings. He walked one and struck out three.
