WATERLOO, Ontario, July 14 (UPI) --
Hee Young Park went to a third playoff hole Sunday before carding a birdie to best Angela Stanford
and claim the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic.
Park, who registered a final-round 6-under-par 65, outlasted Stafford to notch her second career victory after both golfers had finished 72 holes knotted at a tournament-record 26-under-par 258.
Stanford had posted a 7-under 64 in Round 4 at Grey Silo Golf Course.
Taking sole possession of third place at 23-under was Catriona Matthew (66).
Meena Lee (68) grabbed fourth at minus-20, while Karine Icher (63) finished fifth at 19-under.
