ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., July 13 (UPI) -- Luke Scott bashed a two-run homer and also provided a go-ahead RBI single Saturday, rallying the streaking Tampa Bay Rays over Houston 4-3.

Roberto Hernandez (5-10) earned the victory, allowing three runs on six hits over six innings. He walked one and struck out six.

Jake McGee and Joel Peralta each tossed an inning of shutout relief and Fernando Rodney racked up his 22nd save for the surging Rays, who improved to 11-2 in July.
