MLB: Chicago White Sox at Philadelphia ppd., rain

PHILADELPHIA, July 12 (UPI) -- Friday's scheduled game between the Chicago White Sox and the Philadelphia Phillies was postponed due to rain.

The game will be made up Saturday as part of a doubleheader.

Friday's scheduled starters -- John Danks for the White Sox and Jonathan Pettibone for the Phillies -- will pitch Saturday instead.

The game single originally scheduled for Saturday was rescheduled for 3:05 p.m. EDT, with the makeup game to be played at 8:15.
