The Kastles' next series of matches is scheduled for Tuesday against the Boston Lobsters.
Groenefeld and Kveta Peschke defeated Hingis and Anastasia Rodionova 5-3 in women's doubles to give New York one match but Paes and Bobby Reynolds posted a 5-3 win over Witten and Robert Kendrick to complete the win.
The Kastles are two-time defending WTT champions, sweeping through both the 2011 and '12 regular seasons 14-0 and winning pair of playoff matches each year to run their streak to 32 consecutive wins. The team's last loss was the 2010 season finale to Boston.
