CINCINNATI, July 4 (UPI) -- Shin-Soo Choo singled in Todd Frazier from second with two away in the 11th inning Wednesday, giving Cincinnati a 3-2 victory over San Francisco.

It was the ninth loss in 10 games for the Giants, the defending World Series champions who have fallen into last place in the National League West.

Frazier opened the 11th with a walk from Javier Lopez (1-1) and moved to second on Chris Heisey's sacrifice. After Devin Mesoraco was walked intentionally, Choo singled to right.

Cincinnati has won the opening three games of the four-game series.

The victory went to J.J. Hoover (2-5), who worked the 10th and 11th innings.
