VIRGINIA WATER, England, July 1 (UPI) -- A win at the AT&T National lifts Bill Haas five spots in the world rankings and Brandt Snedeker moves higher in the Top 10 this week.

Haas won the AT&T National in Maryland by three strokes over Roberto Castro. It was his fifth PGA win and gives him at least one title each of the last four years. The result improves his position in the world rankings to No. 24. He was 29th last week.

Snedeker was among five players tied for eighth, eight strokes behind Haas. That leaves him in the No. 7 place in the rankings, passing Like Donald in the only change in the Top 10 this week.

Paul Casey, posting an eagle on the final hole, shot a 5-under-par 67 Sunday on a day in which low scores were rare and captured the European Tour's Irish Open. That gives him 12 European Tour titles but the win was just his second since May 2009. He goes from 169th to No. 102 in the rankings this week.

The men's world golf Top 10, with the player's home country and ranking points average:

1. Tiger Woods, United States, 12.72

2. Rory McIlroy, Northern Ireland, 9.15

3. Justin Rose, England, 8.05

4. Adam Scott, Australia, 7.14
