DENVER, June 29 (UPI) -- Nolan Arenado drove in a run with a ninth-inning single Saturday, handing the Colorado Rockies a 2-1 decision over San Francisco.

With the score tied 1-1 in the ninth, Todd Helton drew a two-out walk from Jeremy Affeldt (1-4) and pinch-runner Josh Rutledge stole second.

Arenado then lined a 2-2 pitch into left-center field, easily scoring Rutledge with the walk-off game-winner.

The run made a winner of Rafael Betancourt (2-3) after Rockies starter Jorge De La Rosa had thrown six innings of one-run ball.

Michael Cuddyer drove in Colorado's other run with a first-inning single.

Giants starter Matt Cain settled for a no-decision after allowing just one run on three hits over eight innings. He issued one walk and struck out five.

Buster Posey drove in the only run for reeling San Francisco, which dropped a sixth straight.
