MLB: Tampa Bay 5, Toronto 1

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 25 (UPI) -- Matt Moore struck out 11 over six innings for his 10th win Tuesday and the Tampa Bay Rays used a three-run fourth inning to post a 5-1 victory over Toronto.

Moore (10-3) logged a second straight victory after three consecutive losses, yielding just one run. The left-hander overcame six walks and allowed four hits in the triumph.

Sean Rodriguez and Ben Zobrist each provided a sacrifice fly and Wil Myers added a run-scoring single in the fourth as the Rays broke a 1-1 tie.

Desmond Jennings went 2-for-4 with an RBI single as Tampa Bay clinched its three-game home series.

Blue Jays starter Mark Buerhle (4-5) was touched for four runs on eight hits over five full frames.

Maicer Izturis got the only RBI for Toronto, which was held to just one run for the second straight game at Tropicana Field.
