SAN ANTONIO, June 16 (UPI) -- Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Danny Green combined for 74 points Sunday and the San Antonio Spurs bested Miami 114-104 for a 3-2 lead in the NBA Finals.

Parker (26 points), Ginobili (24, 10 assists) and Green (24, six 3-pointers) led an unrelenting offensive assault as the Spurs shot a sizzling 60 percent from the field on their way to a Game 5 victory.

After trading baskets with the Heat to begin the game, Parker netted six straight points to ignite a 15-2 run ending the first period and the Spurs were rarely challenged after that.

Kahwi Leonard (16 points, eight rebounds, three steals) punctuated the run with a 3-pointer for the top-seeded Spurs, who marked their last home game of the season with a resounding win and pushed Miami to the brink of elimination.

LeBron James provided 25 points, eight assists and four steals while Dwyane Wade added 25 points and 10 assists for defending NBA champion Miami.

The Heat will try to extend its season at home in Tuesday's Game 6.
