Greg Biffle cruises to Michigan win in NASCAR milestone for Ford

BROOKLYN, Mich., June 16 (UPI) -- Greg Biffle easily took the Quicken Loans 400 after Jimmie Johnson hit the wall with four laps left Sunday, handing Ford its 1,000th Sprint Cup title.

After the hard-charging Johnson had suffered the mishap in the late going, Biffle handily bested Kevin Harvick down the stretch at Michigan International Speedway, notching a 3-second margin of victory.
