CINCINNATI, June 8 (UPI) -- Cincinnati's Mat Latos remained unbeaten with seven solid innings and Joey Votto supplied the go-ahead RBI Saturday in the Reds' 4-2 decision over St. Louis.

Latos (6-0) turned in his third straight quality start, yielding two runs on eight hits. The right-hander did not issue a walk and struck out five.

Jonathan Broxton hurled a scoreless eighth and Aroldis Chapman logged his 16th save as Cincinnati evened its three-game series.

With the score tied 2-2 in the sixth, Derrick Robinson led off with a double against Cards starter Tyler Lyons and Votto followed with another two-bagger, putting Cincinnati ahead to stay.

Votto later scored on one-out a single by Devin Mesoraco.

Jay Bruce went 2-for-4 with a solo homer for the Reds.

Lyons (2-2) was tagged for four runs on six hits in a 5 1/3-inning effort.

Allen Craig and Jon Jay supplied RBI for National League Central-leading St. Louis.
