MILWAUKEE, June 4 (UPI) --
Tommy Milone tossed seven innings of two-run ball and the Oakland Athletics exploded for 19 hits Monday in their 10-2 interleague rout of Milwaukee.

Coco Crisp went 4-for-5 with a solo homer while John Jaso added three hits, including a two-run single to cap a six-run outburst in the sixth inning.
Brandon Moss also went deep for Oakland, which took the opener of a three-game series and moved to within 1 1/2 games of American League West-leading Texas.
Brewers starter Marco Estrada (4-4) was tagged for five runs on nine hits over four full innings.
Rickie Weeks socked a pair of solo homers for Milwaukee.
