ST. LOUIS, May 31 (UPI) -- St. Louis Rams running back Isaiah Pead has been slapped with a one-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

He will be eligible to return to the active roster the next day. He also can take part in all off-season and pre-season practices and games.
