MLB: Los Angeles Angels 12, Seattle 0

ANAHEIM, Calif., May 22 (UPI) -- Mike Trout hit for the cycle and chalked up five RBI in the process in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim's 12-0 rout of Seattle Tuesday.

Trout completed the feat with a solo home run in the eighth inning that sealed the Angels' third consecutive win.

Albert Pujols, Josh Hamilton and Howie Kendrick all had two RBI apiece, and Jerome Williams (3-1) scattered six hits over eight scoreless innings to notch the win.

Aaron Harang (1-5) took the loss for the Mariners after being victimized for seven runs on nine hits over 3 2/3 innings. Seattle was outhit by Los Angeles 15-6.
