KAVARNA, Bulgaria, May 18 (UPI) -- Graeme McDowell reached the semifinals of the World Match Play Championship in Bulgaria with a 2-and-1 win Saturday over Nicolas Colsaerts.

McDowell, who lost to Colsaerts in last year's championship match, will face Branden Grace in Sunday's semis. The other two semifinalists are Thomas Aiken and Thongchai Jaidee.

Aiken beat Francesco Molinari 3-and 4 Saturday while Jaidee dispatched Scott Jamieson 4-and-3 in the quarterfinals.

Grace advanced to the finals earlier Saturday by knocking off Chris Wood 2-and-1. Wood 3-putted the 16th and 17th holes.
