SAN DIEGO, May 18 (UPI) -- Chad Tracy's pinch-hit, two-out solo homer in the top of the 10th Friday sent the Washington Nationals to a 6-5 defeat of the San Diego Padres.

Tracy's shot off Huston Street (0-3) followed a two-run, two-out Padres rally in the bottom of the ninth that sent the game into the 10th.

Adam LaRoche, who homered in his third straight game, had four RBI. Ryan Zimmerman added a solo shot in the win for the Nationals, who have won seven of their last eight contests at Petco Park.
