NBA: Indiana 82, New York 71

INDIANAPOLIS, May 11 (UPI) -- Roy Hibbert's double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds Saturday propelled Indiana over New York 82-71, handing the Pacers a 2-1 playoff series lead.

George Hill was accurate from outside, nailing five 3-pointers on his way to 17 points, while Paul George contributed 14 points, eight assists and five steals in the Pacers' win.

David West had 11 points and 12 boards as Indiana bounced back from a Game 2 loss and grabbed the advantage in their best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series.

Carmelo Anthony supplied 21 points and Amare Stoudemire returned from knee surgery to chip in seven points for the Knicks, who will attempt to even the series in Tuesday's Game 4.
