MILWAUKEE, May 8 (UPI) -- Derek Holland worked his way in and out of trouble during seven innings Wednesday, giving up a lone run and sending Texas to a 4-1 win over Milwaukee.

Holland (3-2) gave up 10 hits, but he did not walk a batter and was assisted by home runs from both Ian Kinsler and Mitch Moreland.

Joe Nathan allowed a hit in the ninth inning while picking up his ninth save to finish off a victory that brought the Rangers a split of the two-game series.

Kinsler scored on a single by Adrian Beltre in the first and then hit a solo homer in the second. Moreland blasted his homer in the third and he also singled home a run in the seventh.

Kyle Lohse (1-4) allowed four runs on nine hits in 6 1/3 to take the loss.
