ANAHEIM, Calif., May 3 (UPI) -- Chris Tillman allowed three hits over eight scoreless innings Thursday, lifting Baltimore to a 5-1 triumph over the Los Angeles Angels.

Tillman (2-1) walked two batters in the first, allowed a single in the second and then retired the Angels in order in five of the next six innings.
