MLS: San Jose 2, Chivas USA 2 (tie)

CARSON, Calif., April 28 (UPI) -- Cordell Cato notched the equalizer in the 76th minute Saturday, lifting the San Jose Earthquakes into a 2-2 tie with Chivas USA.

Chris Wondolowski also scored for San Jose (2-3-4), which is still seeking its first road victory of the season.

Mario de Luna and Tristan Bowen scored second-half goals for the Goats (3-3-2).

San Jose outshot Chivas 21-7.
