DETROIT, April 28 (UPI) -- Austin Jackson and Miguel Cabrera each socked a three-run homer Sunday and the Detroit Tigers beat Atlanta 8-3 to complete a three-game interleague sweep.

Omar Infante went 2-for-3 with a solo home run for the Tigers, who outscored the Braves 25-7 in the series.

Doug Fister (4-0) overcame cold, rainy conditions in Detroit to notch his fourth win in five starts to begin the season. The right-hander struck out eight and allowed three runs on six hits without issuing a walk.

Atlanta starter Mike Minor (3-2) was tagged for six runs on six hits over 6 2/3 innings.

Chris Johnson, Evan Gattis and Dan Uggla each drove in a run for the Braves, who have dropped four straight to conclude a 3-7 road trip.
