DENVER, April 24 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry scored 30 points Tuesday to lead the Golden State Warriors to a 131-117 win in a shootout over the Denver Nuggets.

Curry also had 13 assist in the victory, which saw the Warriors shoot a sizzling 64.6 percent from the field and even their Western Conference playoff series 1-1.

Denver, which had won 24 games in a row at home, shot 50 percent from the floor and 75.7 percent from the free throw line, but was 9-of-26 from 3-point range and was out-rebounded by Golden State 36-26.

Denver took a 28-26 lead after one quarter but was outscored by 10 points in the second.
