WINNIPEG, Manitoba, April 17 (UPI) -- Andrew Ladd paced Winnipeg with two goals and an assist, then added a shootout tally Tuesday in the Jets' crucial 4-3 win over Tampa Bay.
Mike Santorelli also beat Lightning goalie Ben Bishop in the tiebreaker as Winnipeg moved into a tie with the New York Rangers for the eighth and final Eastern Conference playoff seed.

Blake Wheeler registered a goal and two assists for the Jets, who reeled off a fourth straight win in their playoff push.
Ondrej Pavelec made 24 saves and turned aside Teddy Purcell and Richard Panik in the shootout to secure the triumph.
Pierre-Cedric Labrie scored twice and Steven Stamkos also found the net for the Bolts.
Bishop finished with 33 saves in the loss.
