HARRISON, N.J., April 17 (UPI) -- Aurelien Collin scored in the 13th minute Wednesday and Kansas City made that goal stand up for a 1-0 victory over New York.

Kansas City jumped past both Houston and Montreal and moved into first place in the Eastern Conference with 14 points (4-1-2) in seven games.

Collin scored on a header off a corner kick, beating Luis Robles with a ball that found the top right corner of the net.
