NBA: Oklahoma City 104, Sacramento 95

OKLAHOMA CITY, April 16 (UPI) -- Kevin Durant supplied 29 points, eight assists and seven rebounds Monday and Oklahoma City clinched a top conference seed with a 104-95 win over Sacramento.

Russell Westbrook (21 points, eight assists) and Serge Ibaka (14, seven rebounds, two blocks) also had big games for the Thunder, who secured home court advantage throughout the Western Conference playoffs with the win.

The Kings were led by Isaiah Thomas with 16 points.

Travis Outlaw added 15 in Sacramento's loss.
