NEW YORK, April 14 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony fired in 25 points and Chris Copeland added 20 Sunday, helping the New York Knicks clinch a No. 2 playoff seed with a 90-80 win over Indiana.

Anthony scored his total in the first three quarters. He sat out the final frame with a left shoulder contusion.

J.R. Smith contributed 15 points while Raymond Felton had 11 as the Knicks remained torrid heading into the post-season with their 15th win in 16 games.

The second seed will give New York home court advantage through the Eastern Conference semifinals. The Knicks will host the Boston Celtics in the first round.

Lance Stephenson netted 22 points for the third-seeded Pacers, who lost for the fourth time in five contests.

David West supplied 17 points for Indiana.
