PORTLAND, Ore., April 13 (UPI) -- Russell Westbrook came through with 33 points Friday and Oklahoma City stayed on top in the Western Conference by downing Portland 106-90.
The Thunder maintained a half-game lead over San Antonio in the race for the No. 1 seed in the West. Oklahoma City has two games remaining and San Antonio has three.

Portland held a one-point halftime lead, but was then overwhelmed by the Thunder in the third quarter 26-7.
Westbrook hit 10-of-18 from the field and 11-of-12 from the foul line. Reggie Jackson added 17 points and Kevin Durant contributed 16.
Portland was led by Will Barton with 18 points.
