Cesar Ramos, Jake McGee and Joel Peralta team up for 2 2/3 innings of shutout relief and Fernando Rodney recorded his first save of the season as the Rays salvaged one win in a three-game series.

Ben Zobrist went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Evan Longoria added a sacrifice fly in the victory.

Despite the setback, the Rangers finished a six-game homestand with a 4-2 mark.
