April 7, 2013 at 9:36 PM

SACRAMENTO, April 7 (UPI) -- Mike Conley's decisive basket with 30 seconds left capped a 25-point performance Sunday, helping spark the Memphis Grizzlies over Sacramento 89-87.

The Grizzlies hung on for their 22nd road win of the season when Marc Gasol blocked Marcus Thornton's 3-point try on the last play of the game.

Gasol finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks, while Quincy Pondexter scored 17 off the bench as Memphis pulled to within one game of idle Denver for the Western Conference's third seed.

Sacramento got 22 points and nine rebounds from DeMarcus Cousins while falling to 0-4 on a five-game homestand.

Isaiah Thomas (18 points, eight assists), Toney Douglas (14 points) and Jimmer Fredette (13) also reached double figures for the Kings.
