AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 7 (UPI) -- Detroit's Brandon Knight struck for 20 points Sunday and the Pistons broke an 18-game skid against Chicago with a 99-85 win over the Bulls.

Rodney Stuckey helped out with 14 points while Greg Monroe added 11 and Andre Drummond contributed 10 for the Pistons, who posted just their second win in 25 games overall against the Bulls.

Detroit also ended an eight-game home skid while playing without point guard Jose Calderon, who was out with a triceps strain.

Chicago got 21 points and 10 rebounds from Carlos Boozer but still fell in the absence of Luol Deng, who sat out with a sore hip.

Nate Robinson put in 18 points and Joakim Noah provided 13 with seven rebounds in his return to the Bulls' lineup following an eight-game absence.

Chicago holds the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
