OAKLAND, Calif., April 4 (UPI) -- David Lee piled up 23 points and 16 rebounds Wednesday in helping Golden State rally to a 98-88 victory over New Orleans.

The Hornets took a nine-point lead into the second period, but the Warriors outscored New Orleans by 18 in that quarter to take charge.

Stephen Curry chipped in 20 points for the Warriors, who have won back-to-back games while moving closer to a playoff berth. Golden State is holding down the No. 6 spot in the Western Conference playoff chase and has a 4 1/2-game lead over the ninth-place Utah Jazz.
