SALT LAKE CITY, April 2 (UPI) -- Utah's Al Jefferson and Mo Williams combined for 44 points Monday, boosting the Jazz to a fifth straight win, 112-102 over Portland.

Jefferson provided 24 points with 10 rebounds and Williams went 6-of-7 from 3-point range for Utah, which has used the hot streak to grab sole possession of the Western Conference's eighth and final playoff spot.
