NBA: Atlanta 107, Toronto 88

TORONTO, March 27 (UPI) -- Al Horford and Jeff Teague combined for 50 points Wednesday in boosting Atlanta to a 107-88 win over Toronto that put the Hawks in the playoffs.

The Hawks reached the postseason for the sixth straight season and became the sixth team from the Eastern Conference to wrap up a playoff spot. Boston and Milwaukee are comfortably positioned to grab the final two berths.

Horford scored 26 points, 20 of which came in the second half while the Hawks were outscoring the Raptors 63-34. Teague had 13 assists to go with his 24 points while Josh Smith chipped in 19.

The Hawks scored 24 points off 20 Toronto turnovers.

Atlanta handed the Raptors their fifth straight loss and Toronto has dropped 12 of 14. Jonas Valanciunas led Toronto with 19 points.
