INDIANAPOLIS, March 25 (UPI) -- Gerald Green's 19 points helped Indiana overcome the injury absences of some key players Monday and the Pacers logged a 100-94 victory over Atlanta.
Indiana was without David West (back), Lance Stephenson (right hip flexor) and George Hill (strained left groin), but used Green's output and a balanced attack to pull out the win.
Roy Hibbert (17 points, 13 rebounds), Jeff Pendergraph (14 points) and Paul George (13) played big roles as the Pacers collected their fourth triumph in five games.
The Hawks trailed by as many as 28 points in the second half while falling for just the third time in eight contests.
Josh Smith led Atlanta with 20 points, four assists and four steals.
