CARLSBAD, Calif., March 23 (UPI) -- Beatriz Recari remained on track for her second career LPGA Tour win Saturday, carding a 3-under 69 to hang onto the lead after three rounds of the Kia Classic.

Recari, who came into the day with a one-shot advantage over Paula Creamer and Karrie Webb, extended her grip on the top spot, finishing 54 holes at Aviara Golf Club at 11-under-par 205.

That was two better than Webb, who bogeyed the last two holes for a 2-under 70, ending at 9-under.

Recari is seeking her first win since her lone LPGA title at the 2010 CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge.

Creamer managed a 1-under 71, tumbling into a third-place tie with I.K. Kim (70) at 8-under.

Stacy Lewis, who took over the world No. 1 ranking with a victory last week, registered a 3-under 69 to move into a tie for fifth with Lizette Salas (70) and Cristie Kerr (71) at 7-under.
